Shouldn't Nevada be coloured for Obama? If the state convention follows the results of the caucuses he will have more delegates than Hilary. Eluchil404 (talk) 23:18, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, sorry about that. I'll fix it. CoolKid1993 (talk) 23:56, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

michigan

[edit]

This should be a neutral color since no delegates were awarded. ~ PaulC/T+ 01:22, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I recommend coloring it black with a black box in the key stating "states with no delegates". --Aranae (talk) 04:22, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'd leave MI red since the state party will assign delegates (with a majority going to Hilary), even if they aren't seated at the convention. Eluchil404 (talk) 05:26, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If the delegates don't mean anything, there is no reason to show Hillary as winning. This is why her box doesn't have "1st place" coloring in the table. ~ PaulC/T+ 19:49, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cartogram

[edit]

It is probably difficult, but someone should depict delegate victories with a cartogram. While we're at it, a separate cartograms should include the superdelegates. Maybe I'll give a try. --- Rogsheng (talk) 05:42, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here's my attempt:

Blue for Obama, Red for Clinton, Green for Edwards, Black for Stripped Delegates

Each 10x10 pixel square in full size represents a pledged delegate won through the primaries and caucuses.

Of course, the colors will have to be modified, in order to not imply that Obama is more "Democratic" by being Blue.

Suggestions for other improvements? --- Rogsheng (talk) 08:20, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You could trim the blank margins slightly... AnonMoos (talk) 17:37, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
